How long does shipping normally take?

• Expected delivery date of 4-5 business days on orders placed before 1pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays). • USPS Mail (Parcel Select for overweight packages). Signature confirmation will be required for packages over $300.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

• Yes, we don't ship to storage facilities, shipping centers, and hotels. Orders with unverified shipping addresses may be canceled. Oversized & heavy products including Dinnerware, Cookware, and Cutlery are only available for shipping in the Contiguous United States (ships directly in 3-5 days).

Do you ship internationally?

• No, we only ship within the Continental United States.
